With the low price of stock photos and the increased legal action on copyright infringement, why take the chance of grabbing random images online? It is much safer to use a stock photo house.
Fotolia is one of the top stock photo houses in the world and offers royalty free images, HD video, and lots more. You can purchase items individually for a low cost starting as low as 14 cents per image, or there are subscription options which give you unlimited access to the 13,716,167 images, vectors and HD videos that are available at Fotolia.
I was provided with a free subscription to check out all they have to offer, and I was really impressed. I will be hosting a getting organized event in August with this blog and my other blog Homeschool Parent, so I did a search for organizing - here is a partial screen shot of what my search looked like:
You can see there were over 7,000 files available for me to choose from!
Here is one of the pictures I will be using in an upcoming blog post. I love it and there is no way that I could have taken a picture like this myself.
